Jasmine is the Launch Manager at Convergent Research, launching UK and US-based Focused Research Organisation. She supports FRO founders with establishing their organisations, and across the first year of growth.

Jasmine has built her career in the UK’s life sciences startup ecosystem. Prior to Convergent Research, she was first non-engineering hire and Head of Research Partnerships at TORTUS - working on introducing ambient AI scribes into the NHS. Jasmine studied BSc Biochemistry at UCL and mosquito gene drives at LSHTM.

Outside of work, she co-leads the Science Entrepreneur Club, a community platform for the life sciences, enjoys throwing pottery and going on big road trips.
