Faith is the People Operations Manager at Convergent Research. She helps drive operational excellence in everything from payroll and HR compliance to HR analytics and recruiting ops.

She built her interest in people operations through her work supporting startups and mission-driven organizations, where she enjoyed helping teams grow while building thoughtful systems and processes behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Faith loves traveling and exploring new places—often with a running list of destinations she hopes to visit next. She’s also a lifelong music lover and singer, and can often be found singing along to just about anything.
