David is Convergent Research’s Head of Legal, Focused Research Organizations. He provides strategic legal advice to FRO teams, with a particular focus on FRO launches, entity structure and governance, and transitions.

David previously served as General Counsel at OpenAI and OpenResearch (formerly Y Combinator Research) and was Chief Legal Officer at Titan Space Technologies Corporation. David also has broad expertise representing clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters including securities, intellectual property, antitrust, privacy, and general commercial litigation.
