Avery is the Senior Manager, FRO Lifecycle at Convergent Research, where she executes project plans, oversees milestones, and coordinates teams during the launch of each new Focused Research Organization.

With a career focused on building, launching, and supporting early-stage biotech startups, Avery has had a wide range of professional experiences. Prior to joining the Convergent Research team, she managed large-scale customer programs and growth operations at Biobot Analytics, and ran operations at the Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab. She is also an active lead instructor in the National Science Foundation I-Corps Program.

When Avery isn't working, you can find her traveling to new places, reading, walking her dogs, or enjoying time at the beach.
